I Turned Myself to Face Me

I saw Harold Pinter’s “The Homecoming” last week. It was pretty great but, as with most of Pinter, it’s not for the faint of heart. I’m ashamed to admit that my favorite part was watching Eve Best willfully allow herself to be dry-humped on the living room sofa by a thug while her husband watched passively. I thought I was being literary and smart by seeing something as heavy as Pinter, but it turns out I’m just a common dirtbag. How about that!
